Descrizione:  An hotel part of an international hotel group is looking for a Waiter. The hotel has 268 luxurious rooms ans suites and a restaurant with show kitchen, Rhine view and summer terrace. The ideal candidate should be able to be responsible for well-being of guests throughout their whole stay, to provide all guests with that they want in a promt and friendly way, to take the order and serve food and beverages, to use creative reasoning to overcome guest objections and concerns.

Titolo di studio:  professional qualification.

Tipo di contratto: Not indicated. Requisiti: professional qualification or gained some customer service experience preferably in an hotel or a related field. Good working in a team and are strict about quality. Well-groomed appearance and outgoing personality. Ability to provide friendly guest service with a smile, multi-tasking and good English skills. German skills will be helpful but aren’t necessary.
