Descrizione: Eseia office Graz (Austria) offers a position for a 1 Project Assistant for a minimum period of one year.

Eseia offers a high profile job opportunity in an international membership organisation specialising in renewable energy systems innovation.

The person will assist the Eseia Director and her team in the acquisition and management of programmes and projects as described in the eseia Work Programme and Budget, namely:

Cooperation with Eseia member organisations from different sectors, namely business, higher education and research organisations; Acquisition of new projects from the EC, from industry and public authorities; Management of Eseia projects funded by the EC and other funding organisations, i.e. Horizon2020 BioEnergyTrain; EC FP7 INCO ENER2I Project for Belarus, Moldova, Armenia and Georgia; Developing eseia Working Groups for joint projects and initiatives; Developing training courses for the eseia Education and Training;

Titolo di studio: A university degree, preferably in energies, with an interdisciplinary holistic understanding of sustainable energy system.

Tipo di contratto: The position  is Permanent-Full Time,  the salary will depend on the profile of the candidate and will be negotiated accordingly ( indicative: €  28.000 per year, 40h per week).

Probabily start date: 01.11.2015

Requisiti: Excellent command of English both written and orally, other languages are an asset; Outstanding computer skills (web, PowerPoint, MS Office, Windows, in design); Availability to learn and develop and travel internationally in Europe (Eseia Brussels Office); Excellent presentation skills; Ease of working in an international team (international experience); EC Project management skills, including financial management and reporting; Excellent conceptual writing skills and the ability to operate in a complex international environment.
